Have you ever tried for a second to think about what you are eating?



Or think about the word eat in a deeper way?



Ok, I will start doing that with you.



Why do we need to eat? What is our purpose in eating?


Eating is a physiological necessity almost all living creatures have to do in order to stay alive.

More than that, talking about the things that happen inside our bodies, when we eat several chemical transformations are happening and cells are being renewed, different organs are receiving the substances we are putting inside.

It seems that we should follow a healthy diet if we know that all structures inside our bodies will be direct affected by everything we eat or drink or whatever we decide to feed ourselves.

But in general this is not what happens.

People just forget or they don’t give the right value and the needed attention for what they choose as food products.

People in general have a lack of what is really good for their bodies; there are many people that don’t know about the substances that are essential to keep a good health, stay in shape or avoid illness.

The most common attitude is that people choose for a kind of food that will bring them a sensation of pleasure, for example choose a very big donut with lots of colors and flavors and with tons of hydrogenated fat which is so bad for a cell that was hungry, instead of choosing something really necessary.
We are what we eat. People should stop for a moment and realize that eating habits are a real and important necessity not only a daily routine .


Being capable to recognize what is better for you will lead you to be responsible for what you will become. We would have less people in the world suffering with diseases and with better disposition and consequently healthier.
I would like to invite you all to start to pay attention to what you are eating.
Eating has to be a pleasure in many senses, not only in a sensation of contentment of having food filling your stomach, but also in a sensation of freedom of choice of having the right nourishment for you.
Become a more conscious owner of your personal health today.
Think about it and be happy. Details are everything.

  3. oi mi li no blog seu o artigo que escreveu voce e gostei muito achei de suma importancia que uma Necessidade como tem pessoas de uma maneira em geral de ser informadas e que muitas vezes nao tem nem mesmo essa informacao na midia em geral e isso mesmo que Temos de fazer adquirir e passar conhecimento adiante seu papito gostei muito muito bom
