Even though most people are habituated with the public opinion surveys that are reported in the media, a large amount of surveys are not public opinion pulls (like a opinionated polling), and are used for other purposes.
The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) has conducted a research program called The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).
This survey collects data in order to follow the changes that happen after a while on the overall Health and Nutrition behavior of kids and adults in the United States.
They revealed that people that eat salads regularly have consumed 40 % more vegetables than those who don’t.
Forty percent is a huge difference!
Now can you imagine (do the calculation by yourself) how much it would be to have an extra forty percent of your salary every month? – (I am doing this parallel using money, as an example, because it sounds to be the easiest way to make people understand! Yet nothing is more valuable than one’s health!)
That is almost adding an extra half!
And as we know wellbeing is something we can’t purchase. We were born with what we have and it is our responsibility to keep, improve and collaborate with it, watching our daily habits.
Being the food the fuel to our bodies, why wouldn’t you make an increase in the quality of what you put in the inside of your (best and most wonderful gift called) body? The most precious grant you could ever want, better than whatever exists in the world today. Yes I am talking of this wonderful organism called Human Body.
The benefits of a healthier you will come from the inside out.
Everyone is searching something "magical" or wonderful to accomplish, forgetting that they already have one of the most sacred and beautiful “tools” the body, in order to follow their dreams and survive!
Take care of your most precious present and do prevention.
You live within your body, your soul is inside it, all your organs are there, you see through it, you communicate through it, you learn through it, well, you are it!

Increase the intake of salads and vegetables day by day by adding that extra 40 percent to your diet improvement.
